Dock Scheduling Portal

VOX Printing ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Dock Scheduling Portal at dock.voxprinting.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you book a dock appointment, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

When you submit a dock appointment request we collect:

• Contact information – driver email address and phone number.
• Company & shipment details – carrier name, shipper name, destination city, and load description.
• Appointment details – requested date, time, and appointment type (delivery or pickup).

We do not collect payment information, government-issued identifiers, or any sensitive personal data through this portal.

The information collected is used solely to:

• Schedule and confirm your dock appointment.
• Send a one-time SMS confirmation to the phone number you provide.
• Send a one-time email confirmation to the email address you provide.
• Allow you to cancel your appointment via a secure cancellation link included in the confirmation.
• Allow VOX Printing staff to manage and coordinate dock scheduling internally.

By checking the consent checkbox on the booking form — which reads "I consent to receive a one-time SMS confirmation for this appointment" — you agree to receive a single SMS message confirming your appointment details.

• Message frequency: One message per appointment booking.
• Purpose: Appointment confirmation only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or recurring SMS messages.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive no further messages.
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

A confirmation email is sent to the address you provide at the time of booking. This email contains your appointment details and a cancellation link. We do not use your email address for marketing or share it with third-party mailing lists.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own purposes. Your information may be disclosed only in the following limited circumstances:

• To service providers who assist us in operating the portal (e.g., email delivery or SMS delivery providers), under contractual obligations to protect your data.
• If required by law or to comply with a valid legal process.

Appointment records are retained for internal operational purposes and removed when no longer needed.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
