Dock Scheduling Portal

By accessing or using the VOX Printing Dock Scheduling Portal ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service is provided exclusively for scheduling dock appointments at VOX Printing facilities. It is not intended for any other purpose. Unauthorized or fraudulent use of the Service is strictly prohibited.

All appointment times are subject to availability. Selecting a date and time does not guarantee that slot until your booking submission is successfully confirmed. VOX Printing makes no warranty that any particular time slot will be available.

VOX Printing reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any appointment at any time. In the event of a cancellation initiated by VOX Printing, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the contact information provided at booking.

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when booking an appointment, including carrier name, load description, contact email, and contact phone number. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your appointment and restriction from future bookings.

By entering a phone number and checking the SMS consent checkbox on the booking form — which reads "I consent to receive a one-time SMS confirmation for this appointment" — you expressly agree to receive a single automated SMS message confirming your appointment.

• Message frequency: One message per booking.
• Purpose: Appointment confirmation only. No marketing or promotional messages will be sent.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to unsubscribe from future messages.
• Message & data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of using the Service or scheduling an appointment.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VOX Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments due to technical issues or scheduling errors. VOX Printing is not responsible for SMS delivery failures caused by mobile carriers.

VOX Printing may update these Terms of Service at any time. The revised terms will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
